 The SysCAP Community of Practice brings together organisational design practitioners who want to continue learning, refine their craft, and connect with others doing this work in real organisational contexts.

Designed for SysCAP™ graduates as well as those interested in learning more about organisational design, the community provides a space to share experiences, test ideas, explore challenges, and deepen practical expertise. 

We meet once a month for an hour over lunch via Microsoft Teams.  Participation in the Community of Practice is free, and our way at Hofmeyr of actively shaping a better future for organisational design - one that values respect and engagement, thoughtful practice, and lasting impact over quick fixes.
