Dr Beatrice believes that organisational redesign can be a positive and renewing experience for both leaders and their people - one that builds clarity, confidence and momentum rather than disruption.

She founded Hofmeyr Consulting in 2006 and has led more than 400 organisational redesigns over her career, mentoring thousands of leaders to build their capability in organisational design and change.  Hofmeyr Consulting provides management consulting services to leaders navigating complex and sensitive organisational redesigns. Our work is supported by a trusted network of associates, each with more than 20 years of experience, who partner alongside Dr Hofmeyr to deliver projects. Many bring deep expertise in complementary disciplines such as change leadership, executive coaching and process architecture, strengthening the quality and impact of our design work.

In 2023, the SysCAP™ Approach and Certification Program was launched.  SysCAP™ is where we have distilled decades of consulting experience - and our most effective tools and methods - into a practical approach that builds confidence and capability. It empowers Transformation, Change and HR professionals to support leaders through organisational redesign in a way that is structured, human-centred and effective.
