Beatrice founded Hofmeyr Consulting in 2006, has led over 300 organisational redesigns over her career, and mentored thousands of leaders to build their capability.
Hofmeyr Group was established in 2022 and is home to Hofmeyr Consulting as well as SysCAP™.
