   For almost a decade, Dr Beatrice Hofmeyr has partnered with AHRI to build organisational design capability across the HR community. 

AHRI’s Organisational Design short course draws on a methodology and toolkit Beatrice designed in 2017 to provide HR professionals with a strong introduction to organisational design - helping them understand the core concepts, language and considerations involved in redesign. 

Many participants who complete the AHRI course then choose to deepen their capability through SysCAP™ Certification. 

SysCAP™ offers a practical, coaching-based program that enables participants to apply organisational design in real contexts, develop confidence through practice, and support leaders through complex redesign.
